What the form collects
We ask for your name, company name, work email, and an explicit record of your consent to be contacted. Fleet enquiries also ask for the number of trucks. Partnership enquiries ask what you want to connect. Your job title, team, and phone number are optional where shown.
When the form uses server delivery, the server also uses limited request metadata, such as an IP address, for short-lived rate limiting and service protection. The public form does not accept schedules, load lists, driver records, attachments, or other operating files.
Why we use it
We use the details only to respond to your request, understand your fleet-planning or partnership needs, and discuss a relevant next step. Contact is based on the consent you give when submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Email delivery
On the GitHub Pages edition, submitting the form opens a prepared message in your email app. Freighton receives those details only if you send that message. Where server delivery is configured, the server sends the enquiry through Resend's transactional email service and keeps delivery credentials out of the browser.
Retention and sharing
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to answer the request and manage the resulting conversation. We do not sell enquiry data. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the form and deliver the message, or when required by law.
Operating data comes later
Do not send fleet operating files through this form or ordinary email. If an enquiry leads to an evaluation or deployment, we will first confirm the scope, permission, minimisation steps, secure transfer method, retention, and deletion process for those records.
Your choices
You may ask what enquiry data we hold, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw contact consent by emailing hello@freighton.ai. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority where local law gives you that right.
